I had mentioned in an earlier post how much I loved this book. It really helped me through a hard time last year and it was the first time I was excited to read a book that was not work related in a very long time. I am always searching for how to be happier and this book was so incredible to experience. I say experience because this is a book that you are meant to “do” after you read it. Tweet I have always enjoyed writing but it has never felt so good to be able to share everything I have on my mind in one place. I know it is safe for me to share my feelings, thoughts and insecurities on the computer screen with the chance that many other people will eventually read this. As I mentioned earlier, I hope I can help at least one other person going through a similar experience as myself. This past weekend was my 27th birthday. Friday night I shared a karaoke party with many of my wonderful friends and I had an absolute blast.
